Nigel worked as a Partner in Blair Dunlop Associates and was appointed as a Director of the BSG Group as part of the acquisition in September 2011. He has achieved the coveted title of Chartered Financial Planner and has gone further in being appointed a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. Nigel advises high net worth individuals and corporate clients.

Sarah has been with BSG for 5 years and joined us after achieving a First-Class Honours in her Business & Finance degree from Bournemouth University. Sarah works as a Financial Planner and holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Earlier this year, Sarah was appointed as a Director and is excited to be involved with the future development of BSG. Sarah is an enthusiastic and hard-working member of the team, who is keen to provide a quality service for our clients. Outside of work, as Sarah is a ‘foodie’, she spends most of her time catching up with friends whilst testing out new places to eat!

Mark has almost 40 years of experience within the Financial Services industry and joined BSG in December 2013. Mark believes that customer focused service delivered by talented people is what makes our business great and that our clients are best served when they have the power of a structured team supporting them. His role has a focus on developing the business and our people as well as ensuring all is safe through his compliance role. Away from work he enjoys sport, reading, music and walking as key leisure activities as well as the ‘inherited’ childcare responsibility for four grandchildren.

Andy Clitheroe is BSG's Group Risk Specialist. He has worked within financial services since October 1999 and has specialised in Group Risk (employee benefits) for over 12 years. Andy joined the BSG Group at the end of 2011 and he has achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning as well as holding the full Financial Planning Certificate and the Chartered Institute specialist Group Risk examination (GR1).

Georgia is one of our Financial Planners who joined us back in 2020 after completing her undergraduate degree. Since then, Georgia has achieved her Diploma in Financial Planning and is now on her journey toward becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. Georgia dedicates her time to helping her clients move towards a better financial future. In her spare time, you'll find Georgia socialising with friends whether this is on a long walk or out for dinner.

Hazel joined BSG in 2016 and has since progressed into a Paraplanner and Mortgage & Protection Adviser. She has achieved her Diploma in Financial Planning and is currently working towards the Advanced Diploma to attain Chartered status. Hazel finds paraplanning and advising a rewarding career path and enjoys working closely with our clients to develop relationships and provide support in achieving their desired financial goals. Outside of work, Hazel enjoys a good takeaway with family and friends.

Charley joined BSG in 2016 as an administrator and has since progressed into becoming a paraplanner. Charley has now achieved Diploma level status, and as a paraplanner, she works alongside our Financial Advisers in preparing and implementing agreed financial plans to achieve our client’s desired objectives.

Sheila joined BSG in February 2022 as a Financial Administrator on a part time basis. Sheila has previous experience of working for large corporations including Harrods Head office where she held various roles including working with the customer loyalty team and on projects across the business. She has a degree in Business with Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. Sheila works alongside our paraplanning team to ensure our clients feel they are in safe hands with us and that their experience with us is a seamless journey.

Liam joined BSG in July 2022 as a Financial Administrator. Liam has previously worked within the John Lewis Partnership across a number of roles which more recently involved being a Team Leader. Liam works alongside our paraplanning team to ensure our clients feel they are in safe hands with us and that their experience with us is a seamless journey. Outside from work, Liam enjoys socialising with his friends and enjoying the football.

Yvonne joined BSG in 2022 after a career in corporate finance. She is an experienced administrator, supporting Andy in the Group Risk function of BSG and assisting the Paraplanners to provide excellent client support. Yvonne holds a first-class degree in Psychology and Criminology and is a qualified Hypnotherapist which she practices for fun with friends.

Sam has a passion for great customer service. She has held numerous roles supporting the delivery of such service through Odgers, Harley Street Medical Clinic and more recently the John Lewis Partnership. Samantha joined BSG in July 2017 in ensuring a consistent delivery of the client experience by assisting Nigel in the non-advisory administration functions of BSG. She has two children and a grandchild. Sam also works with the Special Kids Agency to look after children with special needs in her free time.
